Our Shipping Policy

At Valentina, we are proud to support sustainability efforts by offering carbon-neutral shipping on all orders.This initiative helps offset the carbon footprint associated with the delivery of our products, contributing to environmental conservation, making your purchase not only beautiful but also beneficial for the planet.

Within the United States:

  • USPS Economy Shipping: All orders within the U.S. are free when you spend $75 via USPS Economy. We aim to ensure that your purchase reaches you in the most eco-friendly way possible.
  • Expedited Shipping Options: For those requiring faster delivery, we offer Priority Mail Express and UPS Next Day Air. The cost for these services varies based on customer location, ensuring you get the best rate possible.
  • Order Tracking: We provide tracking information for all orders, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress to your doorstep.
  • Signature Confirmation: For added security, orders over $400 will require signature confirmation upon delivery.

International Orders:

  • Free Shipping: International shipping is free on orders over $150. We ship via USPS First Class International, with delivery times ranging from 7-25 business days. Please be aware that transit times can vary due to customs delays.
  • Customs/Duty Fees: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees or duties as determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Valentina does not cover these charges.

Processing Time:

Our pieces are crafted with care and attention to detail. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If an item requires more than 3 days for processing, this will be clearly noted in the item's description on our website.

Need it sooner? If you have a specific deadline, please reach out to us before placing your order to ensure we can meet your needs.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

Should you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@valentinanewyork.com.We kindly ask that you do this within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid any issues with processing. We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. However, once an order has begun processing, we may not be able to make any changes.

Lost Packages:

In the rare event that your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, it is crucial to contact the delivery carrier directly. While Valentina is not responsible for lost packages after they have been dispatched, we are here to assist in any way we can.

Return Policy 

Is your order not what you expected? If for any reason you wish to return any of your items, you can do so within 30 days after your package has been delivered.

There are two return options: 

First option is by creating and login into your account. 

Second option is sending us an email, for this please follow the steps below:

  1. Send us an email at hello@valentinanewyork.com or visit our contact page at valentinanewyork.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
  3. Sale items are excluded from return

Special Return Policy for Earrings

Due to hygiene and health concerns, we generally do not accept returns for earrings. However, exceptions are made under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival: If your earrings arrive defective or damaged, we will gladly accept a return or offer an exchange or refund.
  • Incorrect Item: If you received an item different from what you ordered, we will rectify the mistake with a return or exchange.

If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All Sale and Sample pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.

Shipping Fee: A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount for return shipping costs.

International Returns: For international returns, there will be an $18 fee deducted from the return amount to cover the return shipping costs.
