Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage:
Valentina Jewelry stands behind the quality of our products. We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.
Examples of manufacturer defects include:
- Spring clasp breaking
- Chain disconnecting from the clasp/jump ring
- Chain breaking in the middle without force being applied to it (no stretched links)
Items eligible for warranty will be repaired free of charge.
2. Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover items broken due to external force, such as accidentally pulling on the chain and breaking it. For items not covered by the warranty, a repair service may be available for a small fee.
3. Initiating a Warranty Request:
To initiate a warranty request for qualifying items, follow these steps:
- Email hello@valentinanewyork.com with the subject "Warranty Request - Order #xxxx."
- Attach clear photos of the defect and the entire piece.
- In the body, include your name, order number, and a description of how it broke.
- Upon receiving your email, we will promptly review it and guide you through the process.
4. Initiating a Repair Request
For items not covered by the warranty, you can initiate a repair request by:
- Emailing hello@valentinanewyork.com with the subject "Repair Request - Order #xxxx."
- Attach clear photos of the defect and the entire piece.
- In the body, include your name, order number, and a description of how it broke.
- After reviewing your email, we will inform you of the repair fee and proceed upon your approval.
